Telegraph Herald: Inclusivity efforts paying dividends in Dubuque, official says

Dubuque officials say they are hearing less “they” and more “we” amid growing support for efforts to tear down barriers within the community.

City Council members met Monday for a work session to receive a quarterly update from Inclusive Dubuque. The network of more than 60 businesses, nonprofits and governmental partners formed in 2013, dedicated to advancing justice and social equity in the community.
